Vegan Chocolate Cake

We don't really celebrate Valentine's day or other special days
because every day is pretty special.

But love to cook and bake.
So decided to bake a cake which happened to be a vegan chocolate cake that I alway bake.

             The chocolate cream on the side is made from fresh avocado and cocoa powder.  Creamy and pretty good! but not my husband's favorite.

Here is the recipe of the cake.  (My version usually has less sugar.)
